Abstract
These models are made as a part of an academic workshop. Main intention is to study the geometrical development and structural fundamentals of tensigrity structures. Models of platonic solids are made using (inscribed sphere method) to understand the solid geometry. A few selected strip models are developed from solid models to measure the frequencies and approximate length of individual members. Exact dimensions are derived from mathematical formula. Members are fabricated by a team of students in the campus workshop.
